Miss Southeast Asian 2016 pageant is on the road to the finale with a total of 8 (eight) official candidates vying to clinch the esteemed crown.
On May 28, 2016, Vietnam’s Thu Vu will be crowning her successor as Miss Southeast Asian 2016. The coronation night is slated to be held in Gedung Olahraga Kab. Rohil Batu 6 in Bagansiapiapi, Indonesia.
The 8 finalists competing for the coveted title of Miss Southeast Asian 2016 are –
Cheryl Lynn – Borneo
Jane Wong – Malaysia
Kelly Mok – Singapore
Kimberly Tee – Philippines
Mai Ngan – Vietnam
Nay Thiri Tun – Myanmar
Silarat Yookindee – Thailand
Sok Panhaka – Cambodia
Supermodel International 2016 Josephine Tan will serve as a VIP judge during ?Miss Southeast Asian 2016 pageant.
The four Challenge Events will take place during the finale night of the pageant, which awaits the contestants. The challenge round will be Best Model, Designer Dress, Multimedia and Talent.
This will be the third edition of the pageant and it will be the first time when the pageant is slated to be held in Indonesia. The pageant is under the partnership of the Miss Southeast Asian Secretariat and Melayu International Production.

The Miss Southeast Asian pageant is a national beauty pageant initially created in the year 2013 by Miss Southeast Asian secretariat as an event to promote goodwill among Southeast Asian communities. So far, only Vietnam and Thailand had managed to win the crown.
