The entire audience, as well as her pageant stars cheered for her as Jehza Mae Huelar was being crowned Miss Supranational Philippines 2018 at the conclusion of Binibining Pilipinas 2018, held on 18th March 2018 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City, Philippines. Jehza will now be representing the Philippines in Miss Supranational 2018 to be held on 7th December 2018 in Poland.

Jehza is 23 years of age and 173 cm tall. She used to be the ambassador of Maharlika Sports in Davao City. She had made a lot of efforts to take part in the activities of the Film Academy of the Philippines (FAP), which was fruitful for her as now, she is the ambassador of FAP Mindanao Chapter. The organisation encourages children and youth to share their stories through films.
The journey of this Filipino beauty was no cakewalk as this is the third time Jehza competed in the Binibining Pilipinas. Her first attempt was in Binibining Pilipinas in the year 2016 where she was awarded the position of 2nd runner-up during the finale. She soon resigned from her position and competed for the second time in Binibining Pilipinas 2017, where unfortunately she could not go beyond the position of Top 15 finalists.

But as they say, third time is a charm! Jehza’s constant effort and hardworking finally paid off as she was crowned Miss Supranational Philippines 2018 by Miss Supranational Philippines 2017 Chanel Olive Thomas. Jehza will have to perform exceptionally well during the finale as her predecessor was placed in the Top 10 in Miss Supranational 2017 where she represented the Philippines.

The last time the Philippines won the title of Miss Supranational was in the year 2013 when Miss Supranational Philippines 2013 Mutya Datul won the crown for her nation. Otherwise, the country has most of the time been placed in either the Top 25, Top 15 or the Top 10 during the finale. Jehza is an experience beauty queen. Added to that are her beauty, intelligence and her hardworking nature. She is sure to make a mark in the finale of Miss Supranational 2018
