As Christmas wishes poured in for Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere, it was not all festive for the former queen. Through her social media, she gave it back to the violent insult by a former star agent Michaël Bizet. This ex-star agent took the liberty of sharing a photo of himself with Iris Mittenaere along with horrible comments.
Bizet called her a ‘turkey’ and called on people to ‘stuff her’. However, she did not allow herself to be insulted without reacting. Instead of moping, she lead by example and exposed him through her social media. She shared in one of her stories, the famous photo which was posted by the former star agent. She put it in front of her followers and said she is shocked to see that this kind of message is not deleted by the censorship of the platform.
Iris was crowned Miss France 2016 and went on to win Miss Universe 2016 crown. She handled this crisis very well but it sure shows that no one is immune to such controversy. We only hope Michaël Bizet understood the lesson and that he will apologize to Iris Mittenaere.
