The coronation ceremony of Miss Universe Malta 2020 on 28th Augustus 2020 where the delegates from all over the country will compete for the national title of Miss Universe Malta 2020 and an opportunity to represent Malta at Miss Universe 2020 stage. Miss Universe Malta 2019 Teresa Ruglio will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

Miss Universe Malta organization recently held its preliminary voting event for evening gown at db San Antonio Hotel & Spa. The beautiful pictures were captured by SnapArt Photography. All the divas looked stunning in their beautiful evening gowns but there were few who stood out from the group. They all thanked the director of Miss Universe Malta for hosting the event with all the safety precautions in mind.

So, without further ado, here are the favourites from the glam shots for Miss Universe Malta 2020:

Matthea Fabri is representing the province of Attard at the competition. She is beautiful, confident, and focused towards winning the title and representing Malta at Miss Universe 2020 stage. She is not new to pageantry as she was the second runner-up at Miss Supranational Malta 2019. She looked beautiful in her rose-gold evening gown which had a fabric in a rose shape up her sleeve on one side. She let her fair fall which completed her look as subtle and sober and her experience shows in her picture where she looks confident and ready to win the title.

Olha Ivashchuk is representing the province of Bugibba at the competition. She looks beautiful in her evening gown which showcases her confidence and dedication towards winning the title clearly. She paired her silver coloured evening gown with a pair of earrings which looked apt with the dress. Olha is experienced in the field of modelling and beauty pageants and that shows clearly in her picture. She mentioned that her ‘superpower’ is her smile as she believes that a smile can change the world.

Rasha Agius Bartoli is representing the province of Swieqi at the competition. The diva looks beautiful in her sequenced silver mesh gown which she paired with small crystal droplet earrings. The diva posed beautifully and looked confident in her picture. She decided to go with minimum makeup an keep her hair in one sided which made her look beautiful and confident. She is a dental nurse and emerges as a strong contender for the title.

Sara Scerri is representing the province of Mgarr at the competition. The diva decided to wear a princess inspired evening gown at the preliminary event of Miss Universe Malta 2020. She looks stunning in her blue evening gown and her hair parted from the centre. She went for a more subtle and sober look for the evening which works in the right way for her. She thanked everyone for making her look complete and believes that “Beautiful things happen when you distance yourself from negativity,” that is why she always tries to stay positive and spread positivity.

Yaiza Alvarez Guzman is representing the province of Sliema at the competition. The diva looks stunning in her light purple coloured evening gown with keeping her beautiful curled hair on one side. She chose a unique colour as a choice of an evening gown which worked in favour of the diva as she looked beautiful and she had her smile on. She looks confident, focused, and strong in her evening gown picture and would emerge as a strong contender.

Jasmine Camilleri is representing the province of Mosta at the competition. The diva appeared enchanting in her silver gown with fringes falling from her sleeves. She paired her evening gown with small earrings and her smile which made her picture looked more beautiful. She stood firm and strong during the picture and emerged as one of the fan favourites for the title. She is not new to pageantry as she was a part of Miss Malta 2016 where she was placed at Top 6 at the end of the event finale and her experience shows through her picture.

Sarah Zahra is representing the province of Dingli at the competition. She works is Beauty Therapist, Skin Consultant, and Property Management Executive who is becoming one of the favourites for the title of Miss Universe Malta 2020. Her choice of evening gown was quite different from everyone as she wore black bodysuit and wore a silver mesh kind of a gown above it which was attached to a trail. She added a pair of sparkling earrings that goes perfectly with her gown and she looked beautiful. One of the favourite evening gowns of the night.

Jade Attard is representing Gzira at the competition and is a Psychology student at the University of Malta. She is beautiful, confident, and strong in her appearance and with her teal coloured evening gown with slit sleeves was one of the highlights of the event. She looked elegant and beautiful with her pose and paired her evening gown with a pair of earrings which suited perfectly. Jade’s beautiful golden hairlocks completed her look and she is one of the favourites for the title.
