Miss Universe Myanmar is all set to hold its seventh edition - Miss Universe Myanmar 2019 – with twenty-seven gorgeous girls all geared to compete for the national crown. The finale is scheduled to be held on 31st May 2019 at Novotel Max Hotel, Yangon. The coronation night will witness Miss Universe Myanmar 2018 Hnin Thway Yu Aung crowning her successor at the conclusion of the event and the newly crowned queen will go on to represent Myanmar in the international beauty pageant of Miss Universe 2018 to be held later this year.

While the contestants of the pageant have already begun preparing for their stint in the finale. Angelopedia has hand-picked its Top 10 favourite delegates who will compete in the pageant. so, without any further ado, let’s take a look at these beauties –

Swe Zin Htet

The young gorgeous beauty is 19 years of age and stands 176 cm tall. She currently resides in Yangon and is a photo model and actress by profession. Yoon Eaindra Ko

Yoon is a young scintillating beauty who is 23 years of age and hails from Yangon. This young beauty is no newcomer to pageantry as earlier she competed in Miss Universe Lashio 2018, where she marked her success by winning the coveted title. Yoon along with being an experienced beauty queen is also bestowed with immense beauty with endearing features such as big beautiful upturned eyes, Greek nose and heart-shaped plumped lips. Kyi Zin Theint

This young gorgeous beauty who is 20 years of age belongs to Malun, Magwe, Burma and currently resides in Magwe, Burma. She has done her schooling from Family Private High School and has studied Civil engineering at Magway Technological University. This beauty is no stranger to the beauty world as earlier she won the title of Miss Tu Magway 2018 and later Miss Universe Magway 2018. Since she is already experienced, her experience can be quite a handful for her in the pageant.

Htun Palal Yadanar

This scintillating beauty is 21 years of age and stands 168 cm tall. This young diva has studied at Studies at University of Medicine 1, Yangon. She is already an experienced beauty in pageantry as earlier she competed in Miss Myanmar International 2017 and stood 1st Runner Up at the conclusion. A perfect amalgamation of her beauty and experience will make her stand out in the pageant.

Thae Nanda Su

This young gleaming beauty who belongs to Myawaddy, Kayin state, has studied the Thai Language at Yangon University of Foreign Languages and thereafter, she studied at STI Myanmar University. The young beauty is a model by profession and was a model at Miss Sakura by Grandadaman hotel and resort and was placed in Top 5 MMW 2017. Moreover, she is a model at Stars & Models Int'l Yangon. Since the diva is a model by profession, this concludes that she is no newcomer in pageantry as she has earlier represented in various shows through which one can say that she already knows about do’s and don’ts while representing in a pageant. Hmwe is a young stunning beauty who hails from Myeik, Tanintharyi Region. The beauty has wrapped up her schooling from Practising High School, Yangon Institute of Education (TTC) after which, she studied Civil Engineering (B.E) at West Yangon Technological University. The diva is not a new face in pageantry as earlier she competed in Miss Universe Myeik 2018 where she defeated the other contestants and won the coveted title. Hmwe describes herself as an optimistic soul who loves to find the good out of everything and specifically the future. She is a travel enthusiast who loves travelling a lot. She is a fitness freak and hence proves this with her fit and toned body. Her overall personality will definitely be a virtue for her in the pageant.

Moe ThinZar Lwin

Moe is a young 22-year-old diva who belongs to Naypyitaw, Naypyitaw Union Territory stands 168 cm tall. She currently resides in Yangon and has wrapped up her schooling from St.Augestine. She has also studied at LearnEnglish – British Council. This beauty is a model by profession and has worked with Carrie Model International-Myanmar. The beauty is no stranger to the pageant world as she is the titleholder of various titles. She commenced her career in pageantry in the year 2016 when she competed at Miss Gorgeous 2016 and was entitled Miss Natural Skin award 2016. Thereafter in Miss Universe Nay Pyi Taw 2017 she won Miss Photogenic award and won the same title again in Miss Myanmar International 2017. In the year 2018, she again competed in Miss Universe Nay Pyi Taw 2018 and successfully won the crown. Her vast experience in past can make her stand out in the pageant and can land her onto the path of success.

Su Su Sandy

This young scintillating beauty is 21 years of age and hails from Pathein, Ayeyarwady Region. The beauty currently puts up in Yangon but completed her education from Pathein at BEHS 2 Pathein and later on, she studied at Pathein University. The diva competed in Miss Universe Pathein 2018 where she won the title successfully. The beauty is also bestowed with immense beauty with various enchanting features such as big almond-shaped protruding eyes, Greek nose (the straight nose), perfectly shaped jawline. Her lips are very captivating as it has a unique blend of cupid bow and heart-shaped plumped lips. She is no newcomer to the beauty pageant world as earlier she competed in Miss Universe Pyay 2018 where she stood out the winner of the title. Belonging to the Yangon Region and residing in Yangon West, this beauty has achieved a lot in life. She was a former Miss Christmas 2009 and Miss Paulmitchell 2009 at Yangon, Myanmar and a former Miss Redlink at Yangon. She also won the Best Complexion award at Queen Oramin-F 2010 at Yangon, Myanmar. Besides this, she also won the Best Costume and Best Photogenic Awards at Miss Tourism 2011 in Yangon, Myanmar. Then in the year 2012, she won Miss Chaungtha at Miss Myanmar International 2012 and the next year, she won Miss MIZON award at Face of Myanmar at Asia New Star Model Contest 2013. Her journey in pageantry did not stop here, as, in the year 2014, she won Miss Popular Choice at Miss Lily 2014 and Best Talent Award at Miss Myanmar World 2015. After this, she participated in Miss Universe West Yangon 2018 which she successfully won and reached here today.
