The grand finale of Miss Venezuela 2018 will be held on 13th December 2018 at the Estudio 5 de Venevisión in Caracas, Venezuela where a total of 24 contestants from all over Venezuela will be competing to become the next national queen.
The winner will get to represent the nation in Miss Universe 2019 to be held next year. The event will also see the crowning of Miss World Venezuela 2018, Miss International Venezuela 2018 and Miss Grand Venezuela 2019. The titleholders will represent the nation in Miss World 2019, Miss International 2019 and Miss Grand International 2019.

The conclusion of the event will see the reigning Miss Venezuela 2017 Sthefany Yoharlis Gutiérrez crown her successor. After the resignation of the former president of Miss Venezuela Organization, Osmel Souza, Miss Venezuela is now being run under the guidance of three former Venezuelan queens - Miss Universe 2013 Gabriela Isler, Miss World 1995 Jacqueline Aguilera and Miss International 1985 Nina Sicilia - and it is safe to say that this edition will witness the crowning of deserving Queens for the upcoming international pageants.
