Isabella Rodríguez of Portuguesa crowned Miss Venezuela 2018

The grand finale of Miss Venezuela was held yesterday on 13th December 2018 at the Estudio 5 de Venevisión in Caracas, Venezuela, which saw a total of 24 contestants competing for the national crown. At the conclusion of the event, Maryuris Isabel Rodríguez Guzmán was crowned the new national winner.

Isabella has now earned the right to represent her nation in Miss World 2019 to be held next year. She was crowned by outgoing Miss Venezuela 2017 Sthefany Yoharlis Gutiérrez. Isabella is 24 years of age and stands spectacularly tall with a height of 179 cm.

The new winner is an absolute beauty, as Isabella has a very fierce look about her. She is very confident about herself, which was visible during the Question and Answer round. Isabella also has a very fit and healthy body which suggests that she takes care of herself well.

The court of Miss Venezuela 2018 Maryuris Isabel Rodríguez Guzmán includes:

1st runner-up: Misyel Alondra Echeverría Istúriz from Yaracuy (She also won the Miss Photogenic award)

2nd runner-up: Oricia del Carmen Domínguez Dos Santos from Táchira

According to the decision taken last year, the winner of the pageant represent Venezuela in Miss Universe, the 1st runner-up represents the nation in Miss World and the 2nd represents the nation in Miss International which means that Echeverría and Carmen will represent Venezuela in Miss World and Miss International respective, but nothing can be confirmed without an official statement of the organization for which we await impatiently!
