It seems like the beauty queen is in no mood to stop and beam over her list of achievements, which for the records is immensely long. Miss World 2000 Priyanka Chopra is all set to turn host for this year's Global Citizen Festival.

The very gorgeous Priyanka Chopra shared the news by tweeting this photo with hip hop star Usher and wrote "So fun "ushering" in the day with you! Lol! Super proud to be hosting #GlobalCitizen with @Usher and so many others!"
The United Nation's Global Citizen Festival aims at raising awareness about global issues surfacing the world. The gala Festival is scheduled to be held on 24 September in Central Park, New York. Priyanka Chopra will be sharing the stage with prominent personalities like popular television anchor Seth Meyers, actors Neil Patrick Harris and Salma Hayek Pinault.

The prestigious music festival made its debut in the year 2012 and was established to mark United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals that are broadly aimed at ending global poverty by 2030.

The former Miss World also said, "The spirit of the Global Citizen Festival is something very dear to me. With the opportunities to travel I've been given through my work, I see the world as an interconnected force — and this festival is an incredible example of the power of looking across our borders, and working together for the greater good. I'm very much looking forward to co-hosting this year, with such an amazing group of talent."
Priyanka Chopra is currently shooting for the second season of her international TV show Quantico and is also set to star in the upcoming revival of Baywatch as the villain.
