While the entire human race is dealing with the sudden outbreak of coronavirus across the globe, our beauty queens are trying to make the most out of the time given to them at home by being productive. Every beauty queen is coming up with an interesting way to spend their time at home with their loved ones. They are also trying to encourage the people to stay indoors and safe.

Our very own Miss World 2019 Toni-Ann Singh from Jamaica has urged people to stay strong, healthy and indoors. She recently released a video in which she can be seen addressing the people of Jamaica and the world about the safety measures one should take in order to stay safe from the spread of the virus. She started off by stating how grateful she is to make her country of Jamaica proud at the stage of Miss World 2019. She mentioned that she takes immense pride in representing the determination, courage, faith, love and music of Jamaica at an international platform.

Toni reminded the people that their country has faced much severe trails and has emerged as a successful country defeating every part of the obstacle they’ve faced. Reminding people about the same spirit and determination, Toni requested people to unite as one and fight this trail i.e., Covid-19.

Toni-Ann mentioned that we people have the spirit to come out of the darkness and shine bright. She further added that we won’t let this tough situation weaken us by any chance and fight it like a warrior.  She also added that we all have a part to play in keeping each other safe and healthy by practicing social distancing and following the guidelines by the head officials.

Miss World 2019 loves to sing and she took this opportunity to dedicate a special song to everyone out there listening to her and urged them to stay safe and indoors. She dedicated “Press Along Saints” by Winsome. She lastly mentioned that the entire Miss World Organization is in the fight with the pandemic and is hoping to overcome the situation as soon as possible. She also stated “Together We Stand”.
