Miss World Ecuador 2020, the 8th edition of Miss World Ecuador, will host its coronation night on 23rd May 2020 in Portoviejo where stunning beauties from all over the country will compete for the national crown and the opportunity to represent Ecuador in Miss World 2020. María Auxiliadora Idrovo Miss World Ecuador 2019 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

The first stage of the contest will take place from 19th February 2020 to 23rd February 2020 in the host city Portoviejo where the press presentation and imposition of bands will take place. The final concentration and national tour will begin on 20th April 2020 where the candidates will travel through different cities of the country in preparation for the election and coronation gala.
