Miss World Philippines organization has announced that the finale event will be held in the month of December where the divas from all over the country will compete for the national titles as well as an opportunity to represent the Philippines at the international level. The organization of Miss World Philippines will crown the representative of the Philippines for Miss Supranational from this year. The organization has also announced that the participation of the previous title holders will also be allowed if they are eligible (age) and not crowned Miss World Philippines priorly.

With wish list being prepared for the potential candidate to represent the Philippines at international stage, Roberta Angela Roan Tamondong has caught our attention for the national title. She is 18-years-old and stands 175 cm tall and is a student at San Beda University in Manila. She has always aspired to be a beauty queen and represent the Philippines at international stage and if she decides to participate at Miss World Philippines 2020, she can be step closer to her dream.

Roberta is not new to pageantry as she was adjudged as the first runner-up at Miss Bikini Philippines 2019 and prior to that she was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Quezon City 2019. She believes that she has the abilities and skills to represent the Philippines at international stage. She strongly believes in the motto "Be confident in showing off who you are." She has mentioned that if she was competing at a beauty pageant she’d probably be modeling because that’s one of her dreams and she aspires to be a Victoria’s Secret Model.

The diva has a charming personality and bewitching smile that can help her impress the judges and audience at the competition if she decides to participate. After winning the first runner-up title, Roberta took to her social media account to express her journey as an unforgettable one. She added that, “Even though I was sick that day and I had rashes all over my body later on diagnosed as measles I always told myself that I can do all things with a brave heart and that God will lead me to where he wants me to be.” This showcases how much she loves to be on-stage and make the people of the Philippines proud. She thanked everyone for their immense support and motivation throughout the journey.
