Miss World Philippines organization hosted the final round of the Head to Head Challenge on 23rd May 2022 at Twin Lakes Hotel where the organization selected the two finalists out of the five exceptionally empowered Filipinas who made it to the final leg of the challenge. The winner will be announced on the finale night who will win a spot directly in the semi-finals.

The two finalists who were selected after the final round of Head to Head Challenge are –

Charyzah Esparrago, Taguig

Top 5 also included Angela Teng, Baliwag, Bulacan, Ashley Subijano Montenegro, Makati and Erika Kristensen, Carmona, Cavite.
