Puteri Indonesia Jawa Timur 2022 was held on 1st October 2021 where eleven delegates competed for the state crown and at the end of the event finale, Adinda Cresheilla was crowned the new queen. She was crowned by Puteri Indonesia 2020 Ayu Maulida who also graced the finale with her presence.

Adinda Cresheilla is 24 years of age who is determined to carry out the gender equality program through the 'Better Equal' digital platform. She is a graduate of the Bachelor of Social Sciences and Bachelor of Communication Studies who believes that urgency of gender equality needs to be echoed. "I see that there are still many women who experience discrimination in society, even on social media. For that, I want to bring this issue to the national level”, she explained.

The stunning beauty also explained how social media users need to be further educated about cyber bullying and she wishes to do just the same through her reign. "We find a lot of cyber bullying behavior on social media which is normalized by some people. Even though this is discrimination that can have a bad impact, especially on women”, she said.

Through her advocacy, Adinda wants to invite the community, especially women, to be aware of these problems. "Changing people's habits and mindsets is difficult. Therefore, the short-term goal of this program is to raise awareness about the existing problems. After realizing it, then looking for solutions to problems through programs that will be realized together," said Dinda.
