The finale of Puteri Indonesia Sulawesi Tenggara 2022 was held on 8th October 2021 in Kendari where Arina Rezkyana Arfa was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Sulawesi Tenggara at Puteri Indonesia 2022. She was crowned by Rieski Oktaviana Puteri Indonesia Sulawesi Tenggara 2020.

Arina Rezkyana Arfa gave a stellar performance at the state contest. According to her, self-development is the main point in preparation for the crown. She is determined to present the culture of her state at the national competition. The newly crowned Puteri Indonesia Sulawesi Tenggara 2022 Arina Rezkyana Arfa’s court included –

1st Runner-up - Sri Rahmisari Rembulan

2nd Runner-up – Fauziah Alfitryani Annas Ombi

Top 5 also included Merri Chan and Andi Amalia Kartika while Top 8 also included Anggun Lestari, Faizah Salsabila K. and Marwah Almaeka.

After her election, Arina expressed her happiness as she said, “Alhamdulillah, I was given the opportunity to be the Miss Indonesia of Southeast Sulawesi. And this is a new challenge for me to bring the name of Southeast Sulawesi to the national event later.”
