Miss West Valley, Sibahn Doxey was crowned Miss Montana USA 2016 on September 6, 2015 at Missoula Children’s Theater in Missoula, Montana. She will compete at Miss USA 2016 the next summer. Sibahn succeeds Tahnee Peppenger who represented Montana at Miss USA 2015 in Baton Rouge. Sibahn Doxey defeated 15 other contestants to claim the title. Miss Smelter City, Taylor Cook was titled as first runner-up, Miss Columbia Falls, Victoriah Price was declared as second runner-up. Miss West Billings, Nikki McClellan was adjudged as third runner up and Miss Greater Billings, Katie Owen was titled as fourth runner up. At the same event, Jami Forseth was crowned as Miss Teen Montana USA 2016.

Sibahn Doxey has also been crowned as Miss Teen Montana USA in 2011 where she failed to make the first cut. 22 year old, Sibahn hails from the city of Frenchtown and is a fitness model at Silver Model Management in New York City. Having worked with Jules Model and Talent Agency, she wants to be a constructive paradigm of leading a healthy life to her four siblings and children across the country.
Aside from modeling, Sibahn has been keenly associated with theatrical background. She has been featured in movies like Hunger Games, Fast Seven and Insurgent. In spare time she enjoys fishing, reading and painting. Sibahn is the third Miss Teen Montana USA to win Miss Montana USA crown. She also tried her luck at Miss Georgia USA 2014, but was unfortunately not credited.
Attending high school in Frenchtown, Sibahn participated in several different clubs and sports. She was a varsity cheerleader, ran track, a member of her Student Council, in addition to being a member of many project committees. Besides, she also started her high school's women's rugby club, The Iron Maidens. As a captain, Sibahn lead her team to win the State Championship.

Winning Miss Teen Montana USA 2011, came as an absolute shock to her, because aside from having no experience as a pageant girl, she also had little experience in dressing up and putting make-up. Brusquely after winning her title, a modeling agent scouted Sibahn. Modeling was a leisure pursuit she had always dreamed of. After years of practice Sibahn managed to turn modeling and acting into not just a hobby, but a career. Currently, she is signed to the prestigious fitness agency, Silver Model Management, based out of New York City.
Throughout her reign, Sibahn will work closely with many organizations. Having many friends and family who have served our country, Wounded Warrior Project is predominantly close to her heart. She hopes to show her love and support for the troops by volunteering her time. She also enjoys working with the Special Olympics. Sibahn is a part of the National Rifle Association and the National Honors Society of Collegiate Scholars. She is also a certified personal trainer and is a certified rugby referee. When she manages to find free time in her busy schedule, she enjoys traveling, reading, painting, and shooting rifles.

Montana has never won Miss USA crown and is considered to be a weak sash at Miss USA pageant. The highest placement for the state was in 1952 where Valerie Jackson cracked the Top 10.
