Cristilene Pimenta who was crowned Miss Cabo Verde 2017 (Miss Cape Verde 2017) last December is set to represent Cape Verde in Miss World 2017. She hails from the island of São Vicente and has participated in various regional pageants as well. Cape Verde last competed in Miss World 2010 and is now set to make a comeback with Cristilene after a gap of 6 years.
