Face of Denmark 2016, popularly known as Miss Universe Denmark 2016, finale was held on 14th May 2016. At the conclusion of the finale, Christina Mikkelsen from København (Copenhagen) was crowned Face of Denmark 2016 (Miss Universe Denmark 2016). Christina will now represent Denmark at Miss Universe 2016 pageant to be held later this year.

At the same event, Sofie Klejnstrup Nielsen (Christianshavn) was crowned Miss Supranational Denmark 2016, Sara Skals Danielsen (Odense) was crowned Miss International Denmark 2016 and Alexandria Eissinger (Roskilde) was crowned Miss Earth Denmark 2016. The three runners-up will now represent Denmark in Miss Supranational 2016, Miss International 2016 and Miss Earth 2016 respectively.
