Cierra Jackson is the official representative of District of Columbia in Miss USA 2020. Cierra Jackson is a proud alumna of two women’s colleges, Spelman College and Yale University’s Women’s Campaign School. At Spelman, she gained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success.
The 27-year-old is also an accomplished singer and has worked in the White House and performed there, too. Additionally, Cierra’s story as a military child has also been featured in Cosmopolitan, People.com and First Lady Michelle Obama’s Instagram and Joining Forces campaign. Cierra previously represented DC as Miss District of Columbia 2016 in the Miss America Competition where she won the Swimsuit award and was the first woman to compete with an Afro.
