Kelsey Merritt is a Filipina model who rose to fame after appearing in an advertisement for the Maybelline cosmetic company. In February 2016 she was featured on the cover of Preview magazine. This 21-year-old model stands tall at 173 cm and has worked with Gigi Hadid in New York, speaks good English and Filipino, and most importantly, answers questions well under pressure. It was speculated that she could be a part of Bb. Pilipinas 2017 and we hope she does take part this time around.
