Ahtisa Manalo is Binibing Niyogyugan 2016 and Reyna ng Aliwan 2017 2nd runner-up. She started her journey in pageantry world in 2014 when she was just 16 and now as a 20-year-old woman, Ahtsa stands out with her doll like face and her mesmerizing face. She is at 175 cm and is from Candelaria, Quezon. She graduated from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
