Fabiana Hurtado Tarrazona representing Santa Cruz is the official delegate of Miss Bolivia 2019 and will be competing to gain the opportunity to represent Bolivia in International pageants. The 21-year-old beauty who stand tall at 170 cm is a student of Social Communication. In the previous Miss Santa Cruz Contest, she won the title of Miss Sport and performed exceptionally well. She did not let go off her winning streak in the national pageant as well and bagged the titles of Best Hair and Best Smile.
