Miss Earth Egypt 2018 Lamia Fathi Hassan will be representing Egypt in Miss Earth 2018. She was appointed after replacing two former national representatives, namely Rania Sabry and the originally crowned Miss Earth Egypt 2018 Rowida Qassem. Egypt is participating in the pageant after a hiatus of two years.
Lamia is 20 years of age and succeeds Miss Earth Egypt 2015 Imaj Ahmed Hassan. Lamia was a contestant in Miss Universe Egypt 2018 so she is an experienced finalist when it comes to the pageant world. Lamia graduated from the Faculty of Law English Department at GUC and is also a model.
