Ciara Marie Rosendo Martínez is a young 20-year-old diva, who stands tall at 175 cm, is the official representative of Puerto Rico in Miss Eco International 2019. The beauty completed her schooling from Our Lady of the Rosary School, Ciales and completed her higher education from the University of Puerto Rico at Arecibo. She is no stranger to pageantry as the versatility of the diva can be reflected in her titles and crowns such as Miss Manatí B & B 2015, Queen of the Colombian Police 2017, Queen of the Coffee Puerto Rico 2018, Miss World Latina Puerto Rico 2018. Her experience will be helpful for her to compete in the pageant with audacity.
