Miss Liverpool 2017 is next in the line of favourites. 17 year old Elli Wilson stands at a towering height of 5’11” and is currently a student. Her most memorable memory was to be awarded A Duke of Edinburg Gold Award which will be presented to her at the Buckingham Palace.
