Shirel Joan Ortiz was crowned Miss International Panama 2018 during the grand finale of Señorita Panama 2018 held in June this year. She is representing Panama is Miss International 2018. She is a student of International Commerce and Logistics and is currently 22 years of age. Shirel defeats 20 other contestants to take the crown and earn the position of being a national representative. She looks divine and is will definitely make her nation proud in the finale.
