Andrea Isabel Toscano was appointed Miss International Mexico 2019 and will represent Mexico in Miss International 2019. The 20-year-old is now the official representative of her country in Miss Universe this year and the powerhouse that she is, won’t stop until she has the crown on her head.
It was during the grand finale of Mexicana Universal 2018, held on 3rd June 2018, that Andrea was crowned the winner and she was bound to win since her beauty truly left everyone in awe. Her facial structure is perfect and her fierce eyes and pouty lips compliment her even more and showcase her strength as a tough contestant. Andrea was crowned by Mexicana Universal 2017 Denisse Iridane Franco Pina and we cannot wait for her to take over the stage by storm.
