Paulina Gálvez from Colombia was crowned Miss International 1999 on 14th December 1999 in Tokyo, Japan. The beautiful diva was just 19 years of age when she won the title. She became the second representative from her country to win the Miss International pageant in 1999 where she was also adjudged as Miss Photogenic. The diva hails from the city of Cali in the southwest Colombia.
