Miss Nepal, the national beauty pageant of Nepal, will organize its 25th anniversary this year with Miss Nepal 2019, which is scheduled to be held on 9th May 2019. Like last year, this year’s finale will also be held at Hotel Annapurna in Kathmandu. After obtaining the Miss Universe franchise in 2017, the Miss Nepal pageant now sends its winners to all the four major international pageants, viz., Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss Earth and Miss International. Nagma Shrestha, in the year 2017, became the first ever girl to represent Nepal in Miss Universe 2017.
Besides, Miss Nepal also appoints from amongst the finalists, Nepal’s representatives to Miss Supranational and Miss Asia Pacific International pageants.
In 2018, Shrinkhala Khatiwada represented Nepal in Miss World competition, Manita Devkota represented in Miss Universe, Priya Sigdel won the title of Miss Nepal Earth and represented in Miss Earth. Ronali Amatya was crowned Miss Nepal International and represented Nepal in Miss International 2018. Subsequently, Mahima Singh and Aastha Saakha represented Nepal in Miss Supranational 2018 and Miss Asia Pacific International 2018 pageant respectively.
For Miss Nepal 2019, a gorgeous batch of beauties have made their way in the national competition. The delegates are incredibly smart, confident and beautiful. Not only they would perform well in the national pageant but also seems promising enough to take Nepal to greater heights at the international pageant.
