The enticing beauty is the sister of Miss SD Teen USA 2013 Alexis Rupp and with this South Dakota had three sets of sisters to win the Teen title. She is a senior at Roosevelt High School, Delaney is CNA certified and by the end of the senior year will be certified as an EMT. “After being crowned Miss South Dakota Teen USA 2017, I’m really excited and look forward to going to appearances and representing my state,” Delaney said. Her hobbies are drawing, painting and a serious passion for fashion. We are looking forward to her performance at the competition.
