Chloe Brown, a 23-year-old contestant from Grand Junction, is a bachelor of science in health policy from the Arizona State University.
Chloe is the winner of Miss Colorado Teen USA 2013, and was a finalist for Miss Teen USA 2013. Chloe is also the first Grand Junction contestant to win both the teen and adult pageants.
