Maria Belen Alderete (Age: 24 Years, Height: 170 cm) was crowned Miss Universe Paraguay 2018 on 14th August 2018 at the conclusion of the grand finale of Reinas de Belleza del Paraguay 2018. She was crowned by Miss Paraguay 2017 Ariela Machado. Maria is therefore representing Paraguay in Miss Universe 2018.
Maria is currently pursuing her degree in marketing and advertising engineering. She is passionate about helping people with cancer and lupus. Maria likes to go cycling and swimming which keeps her fit. During her free time, she likes to cook and bake.
