Rossis Lia is the official representative of Dominican Community at United States of America at the upcoming Miss Universe Dominican Republic 2018. Not new to the pageant world, Rossis has participated in Miss Com Dom USA 2018, Miss Dominican Republic US 2017 and Miss Supranational DR 2017.
