Kristina Velez Toledo is representing Puerto Rico in Reina Hispanoamericana 2017. This charming beauty has completed her High School and is pursuing her graduation in journalism. She participated in Miss Puerto Rico Petite 2015 where she was the 1st runner-up. On being appointed for Reina Hispanoamericana 2017, she thanked her supporters with a message, “I want to thank all those who are part of this beautiful process and that in some way or another have helped me make this dream possible.” This young Puerto Rican girl who enjoys not only fame, but also the affection of many people is already a favourite this year.
