Vichitta Phonevilay was crowned Miss Universe Laos 2019 at the coronation night held on 24th August 2019 at the Royal Palace Hotel, Vientiane. She is a 23-year-old model stands 175 cm tall who hails from Paksane, Bolikhamxai, Laos and currently resides in Vientiane, Laos. The beauty is no stranger to pageantry as earlier she competed in Laos Super Model 2016 which she successfully won. Using her experience, she will definitely maintain a strong foothold in the upcoming pageant. Her enchanting beauty and charming personality will surely be a perk at Miss Universe 2019 pageant.
