Lamia Fathi was appointed Miss Earth Egypt 2018. She is now going to represent Egypt in Miss Earth 2018 to be held on 3rd November 2018 in the Philippines. Lamia is currently working as a flight attendant and previously completed her graduation from the Faculty of Law English Department at GUC. Lamia also works as a model from time to time and is also no stranger to the pageant world as she was Miss Egypt Face of Beauty 2018 and Miss Egypt Ambassador 2017.
Lamia was one of the candidates for Miss Universe Egypt 2018 before being appointed Miss Earth Egypt 2018. She was appointed after replacing two representatives, namely Rania Sabry who had, in turn, replaced the originally crowned Rowida Qassem. Lamia succeeds Miss Earth Egypt 2015 Imaj Ahmed Hassan. Egypt is yet to bring home the coveted crown of Miss Earth, so here’s to hoping that Lamia makes her nation proud.
