Valérie Alcide was crowned Miss Grand Haiti 2018 according to a Facebook post by the Miss Grand International Organization. She will be representing Haiti in Miss Grand International 2018. She is 23 years of age and stands tall with a height of 176 cm. Valérie is a student in diplomacy and a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Women Entrepreneurs of Haiti (CCFEH).
Valérie succeeds Miss Grand Haiti 2017 Jennifer Alexis. Jennifer represented Haiti in Miss Grand International 2017 but was unable to secure a position in the finale. Valérie is a strong competitor and will surely make her nation proud in the finale of Miss Grand International 2018.
