Meenakshi Chaudhary was appointed Miss Grand India 2018 after becoming first runner-up at Miss India 2018. She will now represent India at Miss Grand International 2018 to be held later this year. She was crowned by Miss Grand International 2017 Maria Jose Lora. Meenakshi succeeds Miss Grand India 2017 Anukriti Gusain.
Meenakshi is 21 years of age and stands tall at the height of 170 cm. She hails from Chandigarh, India and was one of the Campus Princess 2018 Finalists and had also won Miss Diva Chandigarh 2017. Meenakshi is pursuing her Bachelors in Dental Surgery, and along with that she is a state level swimmer and a badminton player. She also loves writing poems and watching TED Talks.
