Monica Khonado was crowned virtually Miss Earth Indonesia 2020 on 21st November 2020 and will represent the country at Miss Earth 2021.
The diva is a civil engineering graduate who's working as a TV news journalist that is passionate to help decrease the global warming, which is the roots of most environmental issues. She would like to tackle it by working together with the residents and the government. Monica will focus on increasing green open spaces to help reduce global warming, and good waste management to help reduce waste production and prevent waste to pollute the ocean, soil, and the health quality of the people.
