Miss Supranational South Africa 2019 held its grand finale night on 27th July 2019 where Leyla Van Greuning won the title and was crowned as Miss Supranational South Africa 2019. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Supranational South Africa 2018 Belinde Schreuder.
