Miss USA 2018 held its 67th edition on 21st May 2018 where at the conclusion of the event, Sarah Rose Summers was crowned as the winner. Sarah will now be representing USA at the upcoming Miss Universe 2018. She was crowned by her predecessor Miss USA 2017 Kara McCullough.
Sarah is currently working as a Child Life Intern at The Children's Hospital at OU Medical Center. The 23-year-old with a height of 170 cm, was crowned Miss Nebraska USA 2018 on 7th January 2018. Sarah is not new to the world of pageantry as she was also Miss Nebraska Teen USA 2012
