The grand finale of Miss Earth 2018 was held on 3rd November 2018 at Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City, Metro Manila, Manila, Philippines. The conclusion of the event saw the crowning of Phuong Khánh Nguyen from Vietnam as the new queen. Phuong succeeds and was crowned by Miss Earth 2017 Karen Ibasco from the Philippines.
