The most popular pageant of Philippines, the Binibining Pilipinas 2017 is on its road to the finale and is scheduled to be held on 30th April 2017. While all the 40 finalists are all geared up to make it big at the finals, fans will be excited to know that KC Concepcion will be hosting the Binibining Pilipinas finals for the third time this year.
Philippine Actress/TV Host KC Concepcion revealed during an interview that she has been handpicked by the BPCI to host the 54th edition of the pageant. KC is currently a National Ambassador Against Hunger of the United Nations’ World Food Programme. She co-hosted the finals of Bb Pilipinas in 2016 with actor Xian Lim, for which she got praised by the masses. The netizens described her hosting in two words and called it “excellent” and “amazing”. She also hosted the Bb. Pilipinas in 2011 with Derek Ramsay, Precious Lara Quigaman, and Miriam Quiambao.

Concepcion said she has more hosting stints coming up and she is happy about it. She, however, refused to disclose whether she has future acting projects coming up. The finals of Bb Pilipinas 2017 will be held at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City, and the finals will crown the representatives of the Philippines in Two of the Big Four International beauty pageants: the Miss Universe and Miss International. The other coveted titles will be Bb. Pilipinas Supranational 2017, Intercontinental 2017, Grand International 2017.

The Binibini list, that was cut short to 39 from 40 when Binibini 36 Mae Lanie Chan was disqualified from the title, is now back to 40. 25 year old Gillian Eliza Colcol is the new Binibini 36, who will now be contesting for the title of Binibining Pilipinas 2017. Hailing from Antipolo, Gillian is a copywriter by profession. She is a graduate in Communication Arts from La Salle College. The gorgeous beauty is a product of the Kagandahang Flores Camp.
