Magdalena Leitner is selected as a representative of her state, Styria, and will now represent at Miss Austria 2017.
During her school days, she participated in various activities and tournaments. Swimming was also one of her favourite leisure activities. Magdalena loves horses and believes that the animal reflects her personality trait. She took a lot of riding lessons and participated in many tournaments up to the age of 16. She also began her musical training in classical guitar during the national school days and finally cleared with distinction.
During her primary school days, she discovered her interest in other sports activities like tennis, besides riding and music. Leitner learned playing tennis from her father.
She was taught biology and mathematics by very inspiring teachers, which ultimately led her to opt for the study of molecular biology (Bachelor) and completed her masters in biochemistry and molecular biomedicine.
After completing her graduation she got the great opportunity to intern at the Department of Chemistry at the Federal Criminal Police Office of the Republic of Austria. This has shaped her life up to a large extent with regard to student life and professional career. With the change of location from Murau to Graz, her model career began.
In 2014, another milestone occurred in her career, when she started working at the Red Bull Ring as Formula Una, alongside NicoRosberg. Since then, Leitner has been a part of every important event at the Ring.
