At the conclusion of the grand coronation night of Mexicana Universal 2019 held on 23rd June 2019 at Ciudad de Mexico, Regina Peredo of Puebla was crowned Mexicana Hispanoamericana 2019 as she became the official representative of Mexico in Reina Hispanoamericana 2019. The newly crowned Reina Hispanoamericana Mexico 2019 succeeds and was crowned by Reina Hispanoamericana Mexico 2018 Aranza Molina Rueda.
Regina Peredo is 19 years of age and even though she was one of the youngest contestants competing at the competition, the gorgeous beauty definitely managed to impress everyone with her performance. She is also currently working in the Marketing and has mesmerised everyone with her grey eyes. Here is the crowning moment of the newly crowned queen –

Luz Ávila of Nayarit was adjudged as her runner-up at the competition. The contest was held under the leadership and authority of Mexicana Universal Organization’s President Lupita Jones, former Miss Universe. Miss International 2018 Mariem Claret Velazco was also present at the coronation night and inspired the contestants with her constant advice and charm.
Last year, Aranza Molina Rueda represented Mexico in Reina Hispanoamericana 2018 where she was adjudged as the first runner-up with her outstanding performance. Regina will for sure have a huge responsibility of filling in her shoes as she represents Mexico this year.

At the grand coronation night, Sofía Aragón of Jalisco was crowned Mexicana Universal 2019 aka Miss Universe Mexico 2019. Her court included - 1st Runner-Up is Claudia Lozano Domínguez of Nuevo León, 2nd Runner-Up is Maru Nava of Yucatán, 3rd Runner-Up is Ángela Delgado of Colima, 4th Runner-Up is Cintya Avendaño of Oaxaca, 5th Runner-Up is Ximena Torres of Chiapas. Yuridia Durán of Nayarit was crowned Miss International Mexico 2020. Marissa Navarro of Chihuahua was adjudged as her runner-up.
