Grisel Ramírez Roldán was crowned Mexicana Universal Morelos 2019 on 24th November 2019 as she will be representing Morelos at Mexicana Universal 2020. She succeeded Samantha Ortega Bahena Mexicana Universal Morelos 2018.

The diva performed with grace and eloquence as she competed in the competition as a strong contender and in the end was proven to be worth the note. The native of Cuernavaca, the diva showed that nothing is impossible, if done with much determination and dedication.

The event started off with a cocktail that was held in an anteroom of the hall, so that the spectators could enjoy one of the outdoor spaces that has the largest thematic gardens in the world. The most important beauty contest in the state, began with a dynamic opening made by the nine participants who competed looking for the crown of Mexicana Universal Morelos 2019. Then after a lot of activities and events, the queen was announced.

In the coronation, there were outstanding personalities from the world of beauty such as the former Miss Universe and national director of Mexicana Universal Mexico, Lupita Jones, who along with Samanta crowned Grisel as the third Mexican Universal Morelos in history. Valeria Vélez, the first Mexican Universal Morelos was also present.

The diva was amazing as she showed her prudence while performing and also by answering the questions in the competition. The way she walked through the stage also showed her conquering personality. The beauty has all the qualities of being in a beauty pageant. She will definitely give a strong competition in Mexicana Universal 2020.

Mexicana Universal 2020 will be the 3rd edition of the Mexicana Universal pageant. Thirty-two candidates from all over the Mexican Republic compete for the national title. Sofía Aragón of Jalisco will crown her successor at end of the event. the winner will represent Mexico at Miss Universe 2020 pageant.
