Carla is very a strong, confident and intelligent woman who outshined during her performance at Miss Indonesia 2020 pageant. She was exceptionally well during the question and answer round of the competition where the host asked, “Knowledge will give you power, but character respect, can you elaborate this sentence?”. The winning queen gave her answer with fluency and grace as she spoke about the truth of a good heart. She said that, “If you have knowledge, you can do many things in life. Knowledge makes you powerful but having a good heart is a foundation that you will get in life and therefore, if you have a good heart, that will be the most powerful human being that you could achieve in life.” The beautiful did remarkably well in the competition and ended up winning.

The diva loves to indulge in sports activities which keep her busy and healthy at the same time. She loves to play basketball. Carla is known to have achieved several achievements from basketball since she was in middle school, high school, and college. The diva has also keen interest in volunteering and helping others. She volunteers at a homeless shelter in Melbourne and contributes in the kitchen to cook and serve meals for the homeless.

Carla is an avid traveller and has travelled various countries across the globe. She likes to know about the different culture, tradition and values of the country from their people. This habit of the queen knowing different things help her to be better person and more compassionate towards others.

"I like to empower women to have self-confidence and also love themselves," Carla said. She is a keen supporter of women empowerment movement and this can bee seen through her social media handle where she usually talks about the ways one can help each other. What is different from the previous year, this year the Miss Indonesia 2020 crown is a crown with a new design. Dominated by red and white which means the fighting spirit of Indonesian women.

Indonesian fans have been expecting a lot from the diva who has not only made a standing for her in the minds of people across the globe but is also considered as one of the strongest contenders for the win. She is new to the pageantry world but during the process of Miss Indonesia 2020, the organization were very strict with their process and delegates were put through a hard-two-week quarantine activities and knowledge in order to learn and understand their culture. The election of Pricilia Carla Yules as the winner is not easy. During this time, she was known as a critical figure in overcoming all problems.

The delegates of Indonesia have performed exceedingly well at Miss World pageant in the last decade after which they are placed at top positions. Miss Indonesia 2011 Astrid Ellena and Miss Indonesia 2012 Ines Putri were placed at Top 15 of Miss World 2011 and Miss Wolrd 2012 respectively. Miss Indonesia 2013 Vania Larissa was placed at Top 10 and Miss Indonesia 2014 Maria Rahahjeng was placed at Top 25 of their respective Miss World pageants. Miss Indonesia 2015 Maria Harfanti was placed as the second runner-up at the Miss World 2015 pageant whereas Miss Indonesia 2016 Natasha Mannuela was also placed as the second-runner up at Miss World 2016.

Miss Indonesia 2017 Achintya Nilsen was highly appreciated for her performance and was placed at Top 10 of Miss World 2017 whereas Miss Indonesia 2018 Alya Nurshabrina made it to Top 30 of the competition. Miss Indonesia 2019 Princess Megonondo made it to the Top 40 of the Miss World 2019 competition. She was praised by the judges for her performance during the pre-pageant activities as well as on the finale night.

Unfortunately, none of the Indonesian queen has managed to win the crown for the country but Pricilia Carla Yules is certainly a potential winner. She is also known as an elegant woman and since the delegates have a lot of time to prepare for the Miss World 2020 pageant, Carla has started with her preparations and is very optimistic and determined to make Indonesia proud by winning the title.
