Miss Universe Korea 2022 Hanna Kim is in USA preparing to represent her country at the upcoming Miss Universe pageant in January. With Mina Sue Choi becoming the first ever South Korean beauty to win Miss Earth 2022 and with that, the first ever Big4 International beauty pageant title, Hanna Kim surely has the pressure to follow in the footsteps of her South Korean pageant sister.

Interestingly, Hanna Kim and Mina Sue Choi do share some features; their physical features are not far apart and both the ladies have stayed in the US. Hanna was born in Los Angeles where grew up till she was four and returned to Orange County back in 2010 and moved to New York five years later.

Not new to pageantry, Hanna was the first runner-up at the last year’s edition of the national pageant. She is 27 years old and has a degree in linguistics and interpreting, a field in which she specializes in clinical trials. The stunning beauty is also a classical ballet dancer, giving her a natural grace and harmony.

Being brought up in USA, Hanna also has fluent command over English which will only help her in speaking up about her ideas and advocacy. Hanna is experienced, confident, talented and driven towards representing the country and will definitely prove to be a strong delegate at the international platform. If she wins Miss Universe 2022 crown, Hanna will become the first ever South Korean woman to win the coveted crown and second ever from her country to win a Big4 International beauty pageant following in the footsteps of Mina Sue Choi.

Miss Universe 2022, the 71st Miss Universe pageant, is scheduled to be held at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States on 14th January 2023. Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu of India will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
