Thailand has amazed everyone this year in the pageant world with incredible performances by Thai beauties in all the international beauty pageants. It surely looks like 2019 belongs to Thailand. The country has not disappointed the pageant fanatics in the earlier years as well but this year the country has surely raised the bar by winning four international beauty pageants till now.
With Miss Universe 2019, Miss World 2019 and Miss Intercontinental 2019 to be held in December in just a few days, Thailand has a chance of winning three more coveted international beauty titles.
Jewel of the World 2019 hosted its coronation nigh on 14th May 2019 at GT-Toyota Asian Center Auditorium in Manila, Philippines where Thailand won its first crown of the year under the delegation of Amie Chontida (full name Chontida Chatsirichai). Amie also holds the title of FHM Girl Next Door 2012 and Miss Grand Satun 2017. She gave a stunning performance at the international contest to win the crown.
Later in the year, Sireethorn Leearamwat brought home the coveted Miss International crown as the finale of Miss International 2019 was held on 12th November 2019 in Tokyo Dome City Hall, Bunkyo, Japan. Thailand pioneered its win in Miss International with Sireethron’s win. The stunning beauty is a Pharmacist by profession.
After that, Peerachada Khunrak won the title of Face of Beauty International 2019 on 18th November 2019 as the coronation night for the same was held at Somerset Ballroom. She was crowned by Face of Beauty International 2018 Myint Mo May of Myanmar. Peerachada studied at Prince of Songkla University. She is also not new to the pageantry as she participated in Miss Grand Thailand 2019 where she was adjudged the first runner-up.
Just recently, Anntonia Porsild was crowned the first ever Miss Supranational as the finale of Miss Supranational 2019 was held on 6th December 2019 at International Congress Centre in Katowice, Silesia. The 22-year-old Thai-Danish beauty Anntonia Porsild performed with absolute grace and excellence at the international contest. Anntonia is currently studying at Stamford International University and advocates for body positivity.
Teeyapar Sretsirisuvarna Miss Earth Thailand 2019 performed at the finale of Miss Earth 2019 which was held on 26th October 2019 at Cove Manila, Philippines and with her incredible performance, she placed in the Top 20. Also, Arayha Suparurk (Coco Arayha) represented Thailand in Miss Grand International 2019, the 7th edition of Miss Grand International. With her stellar performance, Arayha placed as the second runner-up at the end of the event finale.
In Miss Universe 2019, held on 8th December 2019 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, Paweensuda Drouin Miss Universe Thailand 2019 performed with absolute sincerity and dedication. She was a mega favourite for the crown ever since the beginning of the competition and it showed in her performance why she is so loved all over the world. At the end of the event, she was placed in the Top 5 of the coveted competition.
Narintorn Chadapattarawalrachoat, also knows as Grace Naritorn, Miss World Thailand 2019 represented her country at the 69th edition of Miss World on 14th December 2019 in Excel London, United Kingdom. She placed in the Top 40 with her excellent performance. She is 21 years of age and a student of Faculty of Liberal Arts at Thammasat University.
