Rachel Slawson crowned Miss Utah 2020 on 18th January 2020 at the Eccles Theatre in Salt Lake City, Utah. Rachel will be representing Utah for the title of Miss USA 2020 during the spring of 2020. Rachel succeeds Miss Utah USA 2019 Amanda Giroux. Rachel is 25-years-old and has graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies. Rachel is the first queer contestant in the competition who is also a Mental Health advocate. For her, the women who do beauty pageants are fearless, self-motivated and strong and she strongly believes in these qualities.
