Miss Arkansas USA 2020 held its coronation night on 17th November 2019 where Haley Rose Pontius was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Arkansas in Miss USA 2020. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Arkansas USA 2019 Savannah Skidmore.
For Haley, ‘third time is a charm’ turned true as she won the state pageant in her third try. Before this, Haley first participated in 2016 where she was adjudged the first runner-up. She took her second try in 2017 where she placed as the first runner-up at Miss Arkansas USA 2017. In 2013, way before all this, Haley also placed in the Top 15 in Miss Arkansas Teen USA 2013.
